About me:
For me,
The doctor-patient relationship is built on transparency and time dedicated to ensuring that each person fully understands their condition.
My commitment is to put the patient first, always: this means being honest when surgery isn't necessary, recognizing when a colleague has more experience, and exhausting conservative alternatives before resorting to the operating room. Surgery is always my last resort, not the first.
My father taught me to ask myself three questions before every surgery: Do I know how to do this procedure? Is it indicated for this patient? Is there anyone who does it better than me?
This self-criticism, combined with an exceptional multidisciplinary team, minimizes the margin of error and maximizes safety.
